Do you accept returns?
Because our goal is to support low waste as it relates to our sustainable earth mission, we encourage you to double check before ordering in order to minimize over-production with returns and reorders. We also encourage you to share or donate an item that you are considering returning to help lower our carbon footprint. We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable, and, where possible, we do offer a 30-days-from-purchase return policy for eligible items. Please see the details below.
Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. We do not offer exchanges at the moment. But you can place a new order to replace your returned product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Downloadable products
- Final Sale, or Promotional Items
- Samples

What is not returnable?
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Please be mindful that we are a small business trying our best to provide sustainable solutions to everyday products while minimizing the impact on this earth. We do not refund used or products, not in original packaging and condition.
There are certain situations where partial refunds or no refunds will be handled:
- 50% refund if the item is not in original sellable condition, and you sent it back to us anyway.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund. Instead, we will donate the item.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. But you can place a new order to replace your returned product.
Shipping returns
What should I know about your Shipping Policy in regards to Returns?
Return Shipping – Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping label is not provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We hope you enjoyed our generous free shipping option when you ordered your product.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that are attempted to be delivered and go unclaimed and that are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Not Received – We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
STEPS TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM
- Please email us to initiate a return at ea**********@gm***.com
- Pack unused, undamaged goods safely in their original packaging.
- To ensure your return is processed efficiently please include a note with your contact info, your order number, and brief reason for return.
- Ship the return item to the return address provided by support. Keep track of your proof of postage. We suggest that you use a tracking number.
- After we have received your unused undamaged goods, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-21 business days.
What if I still have not received my refund? Late or missing refunds
We understand waiting can be frustrating. Depending on the courier you’re returning your item(s) with as well as your bank, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Domestically we ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately for now we do not ship internationally.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Unfortunately for now we do not offer rush shipping. But it’s worth the wait!
